Got Questions? I've Got Answers.

Everything you need to know about working with me — and why my clients sleep better at night.

What Do I Get?

You get a developer on retainer and everything your business needs online — all in one subscription. That includes your website, hosting, security, maintenance, backups, a content dashboard, analytics, and built-in developer hours for updates and changes.

But the real value? You get me. Direct access to the person who builds and manages your site. Not a ticket system. Not a chatbot. A real person who knows your business and answers when you call.

The build is the upfront project — I design and build your website from scratch, or migrate your existing one. The subscription is the ongoing partnership: I keep your site running, secure, and actively working to grow your business.

Hosting, maintenance, security, analytics, developer time, and monthly strategy — all included. Anyone can build a site. Keeping it performing, secure, and evolving with your business — that's where the real value lives.

Almost nothing. I handle the technical side, the maintenance, and the marketing strategy. Once a month, we hop on a call. I walk you through how your site is performing, what I recommend next, and you give me the green light.

Then you go back to running your business. That's it.

A real conversation — not a sales call. I review your traffic, engagement, and what's driving results. You get a PDF report with the key numbers in plain English. We talk about what's working, what's not, and what I recommend for the next month.

You approve, I execute.

Why GirschWorks?

When you hire a typical agency, your request goes through an account manager, then a project manager, then a developer — often overseas. Two weeks and an invoice later, you get what should have been a 30-minute fix.

With me, you text your developer directly. I'm the one who built your site. I know it inside and out. Changes happen in 24-48 hours, and you never have to explain your business to a stranger.

WordPress and Wix are cheaper upfront — but you're on your own. When something breaks at 10pm before your big launch, there's no one to call.

Beyond that, WordPress sites are the #1 target for hackers, they break when plugins conflict, and they slow down as they grow. And every feature you need is another plugin — another monthly fee. Need a booking system? That's $29/month. Waivers? $49/month. Forms? Another plugin. It adds up fast.

With GirschWorks, your site can't be hacked the same way, never breaks from updates, loads instantly, and every feature is included — not piecemealed. Plus, you have a developer who actually answers the phone.

Because you're not just getting a website — you're getting an IT department and a marketing team without hiring anyone. Squarespace costs less, sure. But it doesn't watch your analytics, run your email campaigns, optimize your site for search engines, or call you once a month with a growth strategy. I do all of that.

And here's what really separates us: every custom feature I build for any client becomes available to every client. I built a digital waiver system for one client that saves them thousands a year. Now every GirschWorks client has access to that feature, included. No extra cost. Try getting that from Wix.

The question isn't "why does it cost more?" It's "what's it costing you NOT to have someone doing this for your business?"

What If...

I zip your files, send you a Google Drive link, you point your domain elsewhere. Done in 48 hours. You keep everything you created.

No exit fees. No hostage situations. I believe quality keeps clients, not lock-in.

Month-to-month. No long-term commitment. I also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new clients. If you're not happy in the first month, you get a full refund.

I'd rather earn your trust than trap you with fine print.

It depends on the project. We'll discuss all costs during your free consultation — no surprises, no hidden fees. You'll know exactly what you're paying before we start.

Digital Marketing

Three things that work as a system: email marketing, SEO, and Google Business. You can take any one on its own — but the bundle with all three is what I recommend, because each one compounds the others. Your Google Business profile feeds your search ranking, your ranking fills your email list, your emails bring people back. It's a three-legged stool: pull one leg and the whole thing falls over.

Google Ads is available too, when you want to turn on paid traffic — I treat that as a separate lever, not one of the three legs. The full breakdown is on the Digital Marketing page.

An agency splits email, SEO, and Google Business across three teams that don't talk to each other. With me, it's one person who knows your business.

Changes happen in 24-48 hours, not two weeks. You talk directly to the person doing the work.

A simple monthly, billed on its own — separate from a website or custom software. Month to month, no long contract.

Custom Software

The most common requests: a mini-CRM to track customers around your actual sales process, business dashboards that pull QuickBooks, your booking platform, and email tools onto one screen, bookkeeping automation so your books reconcile themselves, reconciliation reports that catch the money leaks, scheduling, and custom intake forms.

If your week is full of copy-paste, hours staring at spreadsheets, or your days as the owner are eaten by paperwork that could be automated — time you should be spending serving customers, winning new ones, or growing the business — that's exactly what I build software to fix. The full list is on the Custom Software page.

Custom software is billed completely separately from your website — its own upfront build, then a simple monthly. That monthly isn't just hosting; it's a developer on retainer who keeps it running and improving as your business changes. We'll lay out exact numbers in your free consultation.

Off-the-shelf tools force your business to fit the software. Custom software fits how you already work.

And instead of a generic subscription with a ticket queue for support, your monthly comes with a developer who actually knows your business and answers when you call.

Most of the value comes from connecting tools you already have. QuickBooks, your booking platform, your email tool — they all have APIs.

I wire them together so your existing tools start working with each other instead of against each other. You don't have to give anything up.

Your data and your code are always yours — I hand them over, no exit fees, no hostage situations. The shared engine that powers your live features stays with the service, but any developer can reconnect them. (The full details are in the terms.)
